Green Smoothies
Active Work Time: 5 minutes
Servings: about 2 cups
No dairy or gluten
Ingredients
- 1 t hemp or flax or chia seeds
- 1 c organic hemp, rice, almond or soy milk
- 1 c frozen fruit: berries, cherries, mango, pineapple
- 1 Tbls Aloe vera
- 1 Tbls nut or seed butter: almond or cashews, sunflower seed, sesame tahini
- 1 hearty handful of any leafy green: romaine, spinach, dandelion
Directions
Place everything in a small food processor or blender and whiz around until smooth.
