2% Pyrithione Zinc Castile Soap (Liquid)

This stuff works so well, I searched for years for something to prevent my deep acne and this is the only thing that has worked. In the past I have used the bars of zinc soap but switched to the liquid and it works great too!

I’ve long suffered from seborrheic dermatitis and I’ve run the gamut of products to combat the condition to no avail. So much so, I’ve doubted the diagnosis of the condition and remained helpless to the flare ups for years.

It’s been the only thing to work on my scalp and my husbands scalp. He uses it in his bread too and it helps his rosacea. We water down, two squirts into a small 2oz bottle. I have long hair and I do wash with another natural shampoo as Castile soap can leave a weird film. But it’s so worth it to not have a sore, itchy, dry scalp! Will reorder.

I thought I was having hormonal acne breakouts on my chin and was frustrated that using benzyl peroxide wasn't helping. My dermatologist suggested I try this (apparently a large portion of adult acne is actually fungal and not bacterial/or both). Anyway, this seems to have done the trick. My active breakouts are gone and I'm not seeing any new ones. The only downside of this is it seems to burn my skin a little bc I have very sensitive skin, therefore I only use it on my chin, which is the area I experience acne.

Unfortunately my bottle came and keeps separating. It looks kind of gross and I don't know if it's okay to use. I really liked the bar version's effectiveness, but was looking for something easier to use that wouldn't eventually dry up like the bar does for me. Still better than Nobel's formula in my opinion.

I use this wash every a.m. and let it sit on my face while I brush my teeth and then rinse it off. I use it with SD cream (at night only) and the two products have eliminated my SD symptoms! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this product!!! I am a long-time adult acne sufferer and have tried countless products over the years, but nothing has ever worked well before. A few months ago I had a breakthrough and started thinking of my acne as more of a psoriasis problem. Since then I have made a little more headway, but the breakouts continued. I was really afraid to order this because my skin is so sensitive to oil. (Anything that is not oil-free makes me break out almost immediately.) The fact that this is castile soap (containing oil) really worried me, but you know what they say... insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I was so desperate, I took a chance... and I am SO GLAD I DID. Thank you to all the people who took time to review this product because it was those reviews that convinced me to try it. Btw, most acne products are NOT good for you OR your skin-- they have lots of nasty/dangerous ingredients. That is another reason why I chose to try this-- I went on EWG.org's Skin Deep Cosmetics Database and was thrilled by how the ingredients scored (LOW toxicity!!!).
